The binding heads of terms cover all material points of the agreement between CloudTag and CITIES, the statement said, and the agreement is currently being drafted into a final form agreement.ĬloudTag’s board said this agreement is for an initial period of one year from the date of signature of the final agreement and may be extended if agreed in writing by both parties. Under the terms of the agreement, CITIES has agreed not to market any brands which compete with CloudTag's products in the wearable health fitness and weight loss market, in exchange for CloudTag granting exclusivity to the retailers with which CITIES reaches agreements.ĬITIES will receive a sales commission for all products sold through its retail partners and CloudTag will pay CITIES marketing fees contingent on the successful delivery of sales to these targeted retailers. “Working in collaboration with these four key retailers, CITIES has developed a sales forecast to January 2019 which expects that significant sales of CloudTag Track devices are realisable in the US,” CloudTag’s board said in a statement. The AIM-traded firm said CITIES is one of the largest commercialisation and distribution players with over 30 years of experience in North America.ĬloudTag and CITIES plan to work together to market and promote the sale of CloudTag products to CITIES' largest regular retail partners, which include Best Buy, Walmart, Target and Amazon both in store and online.ĬloudTag’s board said these retailers are believed to comprise four of the top five retailers in the US consumer electronics industry accounting for around 70% of the total market by sales.

Is there some key combination that is common on Sanyo TVs to switch video input when they have for some reason disabled any other method of doing it? Alternatively, does anyone know why an Explorer 8300 that otherwise works fine would not respond to the video source key? Any help would be greatly appreciated.I am a private investor* I am not a private investor *A Private Investor is a recipient of the information who meets all of the conditions set out below, the recipient: But, whoops, the video source key doesn't do anything! It also has an auxiliary input, and the "video source" key is clearly visible on the remote, which they do have. They also have a Scientific Atlanta Explorer 8300 cable box hooked up, which I originally thought would solve their problem. It doesn't go to the alternate video input even if I have an active source plugged into it at the time. Using the channel button to go down past channel 2 just loops back around to channel 101 or something. If I use the menu button on the actual TV, I can only switch the source between "cable" and "VHF/UHF", which doesn't appear to do anything at all. The problem is, they don't have the remote.

THe function to switch to the composite video input is on the remote, and not on the TV itself.
